Clara began playing Suzuki violin as a toddler, but soon fell in love with folk music at fiddle camps and Square Dance halls. As a teenager she studied under fiddlers of many traditions, but upon diving deeper into old-time music, decided to dedicate herself to the genre. Clara played and toured full-time for a few years, as a solo artist, side musician and band leader. Clara has taught private lessons for over ten years, as well as taught festival workshops, and summer camps. Clara offers fiddle lessons for fiddlers of all ages and beginning rhythm guitar and clawhammer banjo.
